A self-contained, reusable piece of your app's interface, like a navigation bar, a recipe card or a submit button.

**Analogy:** A Lego brick you can snap into any screen.

**Example:** For example, your agent builds one `RecipeCard` component and reuses it to display every recipe in the list.
