# deterministic (determinista)

Regular code that follows exact rules: given the same input, it produces the exact same output every single time.

**Analogy:** A pocket calculator: 2 + 2 is always 4.

**Example:** For example, calculating a shopping cart total or checking whether a user is signed in must always be deterministic code, never an AI guess.
