Terminal

fatal: not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git

What it means
Git was asked to run a command in a folder where Git hasn't been switched on yet (there is no `.git` folder here).
Likely causes
  • The terminal is in the parent Development folder instead of inside your project folder.
  • git init hasn't been run in this new project folder yet.
Prevention
Always open your agent inside your project folder (Development/<project-name>) and never delete .git.

Copy for your agent

Git says `not a git repository`. Check which folder we're in (`pwd`), move into my project folder if needed, or initialize Git (`git init`) if this is a brand-new project.
