Your folder is inside iCloud, OneDrive or Dropbox: how to move it
- What you see
- Your Development folder is on the Desktop, in Documents or in a synced drive.
- Why it happens
- Sync services copy files while Git is writing them. That can corrupt your repo's memory.
- How to fix it
- Make sure your work is pushed to GitHub.
- Ask your agent to help move the folder to your home folder (not Desktop or Documents if those sync).
- Reopen the session in the new location.

Tip
How to prevent it: GitHub is your backup: you don't need a sync service for code.
