# Plan: small steps you can check

`tasks/plan.md` and `tasks/todo.md` agreed: the work split into small tasks, each finished and checkable on its own.

## What your agent will do

1. Splits the spec into small tasks, in a sensible order.
2. Writes them in `tasks/plan.md`, with a checklist in `tasks/todo.md`, and explains them plainly.
3. Waits for your OK. The first task is always the app skeleton.
